I'm wondering what kind of system we shall have for the ordinary citizen to propose proposals to our legislative body.
Our options (I'll pull a Lax and make a nice list haha):
1) We could create a forum where anyone could propose a new idea for the Senate to look over and possibly turn into a bill to be legislated and voted on.
2) The endorsement method. Citizens with ideas would have to talk a Senator into endorsing their proposal, and presenting it to the rest of the Senate.
The former would be more open and easy for citizens to propose new things for the region, while the latter would be more realistic.
Ideas?
