In order to create a more perfect Constitution, I'd like to propose that it is voted on by Senators by article, rather than by the whole at once. Even if they passed it as a whole, when looking at individual sections for a vote they may have different and more focused decisions.
This will allow a greater scrutiny to every detail, which will perfect our great Constitution.
The only way for this Region to grow and thrive is to have a strong Constitution. Anything we can do to strengthen it should be done.
