The first Speaker has been unable to perform his duties in the Senate, and has - it appears vanished to another region. Senators must now approve the Special Election Bill before the floor to ensure a swift election of another senator. Another Speaker must be announced to ensure the stability of the government and indeed the region itself.

Re: Special Election
This action would Unconstitutional.
This man has not be found guilty of any crimes, and cannot be removed. Only after the Judiciary branch convicts him can you vote another Speaker into power.
I wholly realize how this may slow the Congress down, but I am sorry, this is how the system works. We cannot and will not remove an innocent and Elected official from his position.
I'd suggest that you create a bill which outlines a law about elected officials coming to court for treason if they leave the reign without notice, to speed up this process in the future.

Re: Special Election
There is currently no constitution. Also, the proposed Bill would no remove the Speaker, but give a convention on removing any sitting senator regardless of their position in the Senate. The Bill is reactionary in its process which shall to Law a process in which events such as the current Speaker perceived abandonment of the region at this time a lawful means in combating it.
Also you have already used rhetoric calling the dear Speaker Treason, when there is not even a Treason Law.

Re: Special Election
I do believe that this man is committing treason. My intentions were to make sure that Due Process of law was achieved. I realize that the first post I made about this in the criminal court was biased, and have retracted that position, in favor of a new trial that will remain less biased.

Re: Special Election
I'll introduce a Bill for Treason, etc. Looks like we are playing catch-up here: new government structure etc, is bound to occur. I'll try and get the other senators and LAX etc for input in a Treason bill.
