I propose that we (for the time being) merge the Chief Justice position and the WA Delegate position. I already hold both, but just need a Constitutional amendment to make it legitimate. We would need to remove the monthly vote for WA Delegate and just add his powers/responsibilities to those of the Chief Justice's. We clearly do not have the populace to fill both positions independently. If ever we do, I would be fine with splitting the positions.
